The "First Time Buyer's" Tax Credit Has Been Extended Through June 2010!

 There's great news for first time buyers who thought they didn't make the November 30th, 2009 deadline to participate in the $8,000 tax credit, it's been extended through June 2010! In many cases you can apply this tax credit towards your home purchase to assist with some of your closing costs.
The good news in not only for first time buyers, but home owners who have owned their homes for at least five years and who meet income guidelines may also be eligible for up to $6,500!  Let Team Scott fill you in on all the details!
